The building, which was put into service in 1999, implements the idea of an ‘open space’ and proves to be very flexible as a workspace. The entire usable surface is up tp 1235 m2, with 500 kg/m2 of ceiling carrying capacity.

Electric installation with additional Brettlsman switch system, providing solid protection against power shortage. The entire building’s power capacity equals 200 kW, with an upgrade option to 2000 kW,
A separate infrastructure for data transfer. Our customers can choose between 5e and 6 class wires with 2GB bandwidth,
Telephone switchboard,
Technical infrastructure, allowing the use of PSTN, ISDN and Frame Relay connections,
Fiber cable (16 fibers) for data transfer services such as ATM, VPN Ethernet, Metro Ethernet and DWDM,
